Labs Pass is a flexible membership that gives you access to a professional, content-ready studio — complete with styled sets, great lighting, and a creative atmosphere — so you can record, film, or create with ease. Whether you're a solo creator or a full team, we offer tiered plans designed to support consistent content without the cost of full production services.

No. Labs Pass gives you access to a fully equipped, DIY-friendly studio space — but professional production gear such as 4K cameras, Shure microphones, switchers, and lighting kits are not included in your membership.

We do offer a limited number of wireless microphones, mic stands, teleprompters, and select accessories on a first-come, first-served basis. These cannot be reserved in advance.

If you don’t have your own gear, you can:

• Bring your own setup (Outside equipment may not interfere with existing studio setups)

• Hire your own production or social team

• Rent gear or book in-house tech support at exclusive member rates

All rentals require a Gear Rental Agreement for insurance purposes, and all members must sign a Content Quality Waiver acknowledging that Hi Hello Labs is not liable for the performance, compatibility, or results of rented or borrowed equipment.

Each tier includes private studio hours, service discounts, and perks based on your content volume and team size. Higher tiers include guest access, strategy sessions, and custom studio add-ons. See full details on the membership section of this page.

Yes! All tiers are available month-to-month or annually. Annual plans come with bonus perks like extra hours, strategy sessions, and complimentary brand shoots.

After becoming a member, you’ll receive access to our booking portal and mobile app to schedule your private studio time. All members receive unlimited shared access (during business hours Monday-Saturday); however, all members also have access to available private studios on a first-come, first-served basis.

Private studio hours are reserved in advance and guarantee your exclusive use of a private space. If private studios are unbooked during open hours, members may access them on a first-come, first-served basis. Shared access allows casual use of the co-working and communal creative space.

Guest access varies by membership tier:

• Starter: No guest access
  

• Pro: One guest per session
  

• Teams Pro+: Up to two guests per session
  

All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and will be required to check in and wear a visitor badge while on-site. Need to bring more guests?

Additional guest access can be added for a fee.

No. Memberships are non-transferable. However, Teams Pro+ members may authorize up to four users under a single team account. One primary account holder must manage all access, billing, and conduct. No separate billing or account splitting is allowed.

Our space is built for good people making good content. Whether you’re recording a podcast, filming a course, creating content for social media, or capturing branded photos, the Labs are designed to help your ideas shine.

To protect the energy of the space (and each other), we do have a few boundaries. Content that includes the following is not allowed:

• Explicit sexual material
  

• Hate speech, defined as any content that is derogatory, demeaning, or incites violence or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  

• Graphic violence
  

• Illegal activity
  

• Occult themes
  

If prohibited content is produced in our studios, we reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately. And just so it’s clear — all opinions expressed in recorded content are those of the creator, not Hi Hello Labs.

Not as part of membership, but members get exclusive discounts to professional gear rentals or to hire our in-house team for setup and tech support on an hourly basis. This allows you to keep costs low when you’re DIY, and get help when you need it.

Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to retain your credit. Cancellations made after that window will forfeit that session.

Yes. All members receive 2 hours of validated parking per visit. Just bring your ticket inside to get stamped.

Hours do not roll over. We recommend booking early each month to make the most of your benefits.

Yes. You can cancel or switch tiers with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

Yes. The Student membership is available to a select number of students enrolled in a public or private education program. Proof of enrollment is required.

Teams Pro+ members may request studio customization and branded set features as an additional add-on.

We love supporting the next generation of creators! Minors ages 12 and up are welcome to create at the Labs under a membership held by a parent or legal guardian.

The guardian must remain the primary account holder, be present with the minor at all times, and is fully responsible for all content created under that membership.

Beyond your studio time, Labs Pass members enjoy access to our shared creative spaces, high-speed WiFi, complimentary coffee + tea, soft drinks, and snack bar, all in a vibe designed to spark collaboration. You’ll also find cozy work areas, printing access, and plenty of spots to plug in and recharge.

Yes . For everyone’s comfort and safety, no smoking, vaping, or weapons are allowed on the premises. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.
